Gentlemen, we can rebuild him!
We have the technology to make him better than he was before. Better, stronger, faster.
So as you probably read from the quote above which i’m 99% sure isn’t correct, I decided to “better” myself with a few simple steps (sort of a new improved Kevin Ping Kuo). Now its only been about a business week (five days) since I declared this change of a lifestyle which then I promptly shouted from my rooftop for the world to hear, or at least my neighbors, then they told me to shut it because it was 3 A.M in the morning. Well I must say things have been going pretty well. Now, if you keep reading, you as in the reader, will see my simple 3 step plan to a better you! o_- < my reassuring wink!
Step 1 - I stopped smoking pot or marijuana as the cool, young, hipster kids call it nowadays. This is definitely the biggest step towards a better me, and it was pretty easy for me to stop cold turkey. Now you’re probably thinking to yourself ” wow Kevin is a young, handsome, bachelor and a snappy dresser”. But you’re also probably thinking ” wow I wish I had his stick -to- itiveness and iron will, I wonder how he does it?” Well it’s easy every time I felt like smoking I would go bike riding instead, which leads me to step 2.
Step 2 - Get a bike and ride it.
Step 3 - I cut out all junk food such as candy, fast food, chips and basically any food that takes less than 5 minutes to make. This was also very easy once I implemented step one, because I never felt lazy or had an urge for junk food.
There you go 3 easy steps that is 100% fail proof because I’ve only done it once.
